IV Hydration therapy allows for the absorption of fluids. It also allow for more effective absorption of vitamins. Vitamins taken orally will be broken down in the digestive process leading to around 50% absorption. No matter the volume of fluids we drink, 90 percent of adults do not drink adequate amounts of liquids.
